Distillation Process
Easy to use
- Transfer alloy reclaim tank water, spent polish or used generator coolant to the distillation tank of the recycler using the built-in pump.
- Close the lid and press start. The heater vaporizes the water. Alloy and other contaminants remain in a heat resistant liner bag in the tank.
- Clean water vapor cools as it flows through the condenser to the clean water pail.
- Transfer clean water from the recycler to be reused in the lab.
